I was supposed to do something really cool this weekend on Saturday for the Super Bowl. It fell through and I ended up playing poker instead. Oh well. I bubbled both $300 NLs on Stars and FTP. I cashed in a couple and bubbled a couple other. I have one pretty interesting hand I’ll post here.

It was from the $300 NL 6max on FTP. It’s just a crazy hand all around but I think the river call is pretty easy. Poker at it’s finest.
Well let’s see about Sunday… I debated if I should play or not. The Superbowl was going on and I had family over. I decided to play just a couple tournaments today. I played the Sunday Million, FTP 750k, 100r, 100r turbo, Second Chances… I think that was about it. A couple other small super turbos too. I tried to keep the volume low today to see if I had better results. I got deep in the FTP 750k and cashed but other than that no dice. I made a couple good bluffs in some tournaments where I knew what the opponents had that didn’t work out. Happens.
I will probably be grinding this whole week and them I’m back up to Orlando/Tampa for the actual DeepStacks camp. The one last week was just the free preview. So I will be missing poker next weekend. The FTOPS starts on Wednesday so I want to have a lot of time for those and try to win one. We’ll see how it goes, maybe I can get lucky enough.
The Saints won the Superbowl if you didn’t know! I wasn’t rooting for anyone in particular. I was indifferent. I thought Peyton couldn’t lose. He is probably the best QB ever. I really thought they would win so I guess I was rooting for them, but it was a good game and I was happy that the Saints won too. I really could have cared less lol, but if I said I was rooting for the Colts I guess I cared? I just thought they would win (if all that makes sense.)
That’s it for now. Just wanted to throw something up real quick. It will feel good to get back on the online grind. I have been slacking lately. With the exception to next weekend I should be playing a lot online. I’ll let everyone know if anything exciting happens. Goodnight.
