I grew up in Boynton Beach, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Psychology. This is a foundation that shapes everything I do, from reading people at the poker table to understanding what makes a student truly learn.
I think of myself as a Renaissance man. Poker is the chapter that brought me around the world; gave me endless experiences, and opened a lot of doors. It is one page in a much longer story.
I am a writer, a commentator, an entrepreneur, and a creative. I am genuinely passionate about business, ideas, and the mechanics of how things work. I like to build things and ask questions. I try to make complex things simple for anyone willing to listen.
I see patterns in everything. Poker sharpened that instinct, but it runs through every decision I make in business and life.
I have been writing for years. Words are how I process the world and share what I find interesting, useful, or worth thinking about.
Art, design, music. I am drawn to anything with a creative pulse. Creativity is not a hobby for me, it is how I think through problems.
I do not wait for permission. I build things. Businesses, systems, programs. If a good idea does not exist yet, I want to be the one who makes it real.
I love being in the booth. Breaking down the game live, making it compelling for every kind of viewer, is one of my favorite things to do.
Ask me what I am interested in and set aside some time. Psychology, economics, philosophy, technology. My curiosity does not have an off switch.
I started playing poker in 2003 after watching the WSOP on ESPN. What began as curiosity became a career that took me around the world, from home games in Orlando to final tables in Cannes, Las Vegas, and beyond.
Over $5 million in career MTT earnings, a WSOP bracelet, a Circuit Main Event title, and the WPTDeepStacks Player of the Year. However, I am still chasing titles and accolades! I also teach through PokerCoaching.com and have coached students at every level for 15+ years.
The poker table is where strategy, psychology, and creativity all come together. It is the perfect game for someone who can never stop thinking.

Visit Cre8ive CoachingI have always loved the communication side of this game as much as playing it. Commentating live events, teaching through PokerCoaching.com, writing about the game and life outside of it. These are the parts that let me connect with people beyond the table.

I write about poker, strategy, mindset, and the bigger picture. Writing is how I think out loud. The goal is always the same: take something complicated and make it click for the reader.
